A: Absolutely. The Windows media version is perfect for uploading to these sites.  The Flash version is ideal for placing on your website or blog. We even give you free software to submit to over 30 popular video sharing sites, which will increase your exposure.

A: Yes, the MOVIESTAR videos can be completed in 24 hours as long as the order is placed before 9 am EST M-F. (Limit to 1 MOVIESTAR video per customer) (excludes SUPERSTAR, custom work and videos for commercial use).

Q: What s the difference between FLASH version and WINDOWS MEDIA version?

A: Flash version is streamed in real time and designed for web site viewing. 99% of today's computers have the Flash plugin to view these files. Windows Media version can be put on a CD/DVD and is in the format accepted by online video sharing sites such as YouTube.

Q: Do you offer a .exe (excutable file) version for distribution?

A: Yes, this option is available as an addon.  Contact us about this here

Q: What are key differences in the two versions of videos we can order?

A: The MOVIESTAR version is a 25-35 second basic video, however it lacks enhanced effects and sounds, interactivity, larger size found in SUPERSTAR version. MOVIESTAR is only available for personal use. If you are ordering a video for commercial purposes, then you will need to order SUPERSTAR or custom. See samples.

Q: Do you offer a discount if I purchase more than one video commercial?

A: YES, if you purchase three (3) or more videos, we give you 10% off your order and 10% off all future orders.

Q: What if I want a custom video created?

A: Contact us here.  Please note that MovieStar video does not qualify under this category. If this occurs we will let you know via email.

Q: Can I use my own photos, images, sounds files and video in the commercials?

A: Yes you can, and it is highly encouraged. If you like we can provide them for you based upon your desired theme. Keep in mind media uploads are limited in size due to video package you choose. MOVIESTAR videos are limited to 10 megs and SUPERSTAR 20 megs.

Q: So what is the length of a MOVIESTAR / SUPERSTAR commercial?

A: MOVIESTAR commercials range from 25-35 seconds just like on TV and are perfect for your personal or private videos. SUPERSTAR commercials can be any length you want and can be used as a teaser of your product, business or website. These videos range in length from 25 seconds to as long as 1-2 minutes depending on your requirements.

Q: How do you send us the video commercial files after completion?

A: Windows Media and Flash files are accessed through our download port. You just click on the welcome link we send you and download the files to your computer. We also provide you with a quick start guide and video to get you using your videos quickly.

Q: What is a "Clickable" link?

A: A clickable link is a link embedded into Flash videos that allows users to click on the link and be taken directly to your website.  This is great for marketing as users don't have to type in the website URL.. This link is part of the flash video itself.
